US PROPERTY MANAGER – PUERTO RICO

​POSITION: Need a US PROPERTY MANAGER for a large estate in Puerto Rico. Looking for someone with yachting experience and an eye for detail to join a large estate (18 guests rooms) in the Dorado Beach area. Job requirements but not limited to: daily property inspections of lights, HVAC, elevators, pipes, appliances, speakers, cars, etc. manage repairs and maintenance, plan renovations, protect property assets, communicate with family office, maintain high levels of luxury at the residence, supervise contractors, acquire and maintain supplies, supervise cleaning, host guests and be available. No housing provided, relocation assistance provided. Must be able to speak Spanish. Great family and benefits!
ITINERARY: Dorado Beach, Puerto Rico
DURATION: Permanent
REQUIREMENTS: US Passport/Green Card, STCW, Spanish Speaking, non smoker or vaper, healthy and a clean background check. Tattoos may be acceptable, please advise if you have any visible tattoos.
